July Mid Month Market Stats are out !!

I am not surprised by these numbers at all.   The market has been crazy.  Multiple offers, bidding wars, holding offers, highest prices ever.   Definitely a Sellers Market right now with no end in site.  

September is our Fall Spring Market ! #realestate
